Anybody know what the row was over. It's a shame really, as much as I dont like jessica, she's some piolot, and she got the best out of the horses!!!

A dissagreement about who was liable for the tax payable on winnings. what I dont understand is, why has Jesica been allowed to keep hold of the horses when the owner wants them back?

I'd say the same lady would fight tooth and nail to keep them, personally, dont know why, as she'll never compete them, why go to the expense of feeding/looking after them??
It'll get very interesting, I would think!!!

There's a thread on this in Latest News with a link to an Irish article with the full text of a letter from Lady Forbes' lawyer and all sorts of allegations about the horses not being returned and blood samples not being taken Who knows?
