nothing yard owner is cluless she is older and its diy what can i do feel soo sory for horse have told owner she needs vet out again and answer is she has no money !!!!!

Well quite simply there is a duty of care on the owner and YO - regardless of DIY.

So your next port of call is the WHW. As the pony simply can't be allowed to suffer.

All calls are anon, so no one needs to know it's you.

Good luck - let us know how you get on.

have spoke to local welfare officier and she going to contact yard owner and try to pop up over next couple of days1 it was scary ringing but hope it is worth it !
thank you for the push

Yes good for you, don't worry if there is any come back, you have definitely done the right thing. Laminitis is horrible even for short periods of time so this pony must be extremely fed up.

People do get funny when things like this are reported but thats just too bad, you have done the best thing to help the poor pony.

Oh the poor thing

Well done for doing something although the owners need stringing up for allowing this to go on for so long..

Please tell the YO to at least soak the hay for one hour, twelve hours if possible.
