CALL VET. POOR HORSE.
If a horse is in pain and you do not get professional help, it is neglect

Agree 100% for a horse to be this degree lame, not fully weight bearing a vet should be called prompt.....please as soon as,putting poultices or what ever will only impede it's problems!

Has she called the vet? from the way you describe it it sounds as though it's been going on for more than just today, so I'd have called my vet. If she can't put her weight on her fronts then something is seriously wrong!

Have to heard anything yet, about what it may or may not be??, If the horse is doing it to both hinds then they are taking some weight off the front legs, When you look under your horses fronts is there any signs of soreness to or damage to the frogs or coronet band, also is there any heat around the front legs and shoulder area,s....Anyway like others have said call the vet out don't take anything to chance, it could also be a pelvic injury by what you say with the hind quarters ........
