just been down to sort my horses out and brought 2 year old in and he seemed fine then when i was leading him back out he was limping really badly the sort you would get it they were foot sore! I turned him round and he limped back into his stable and looked at hoof and there was nothing in it and he didn't seem sensitive in it i felt down his leg etc and there didn't seem to be any swelling i phoned the vet and they are coming first thing tomorrow to have a look!
i was wondering if is was a absses what do you think? I have just stabled him for tonight and will wait and see what the vet says

sounds like an abcess imo, but im not a vet

try hoof testers and see if you can find a sore spot

I wouldn't mess with it. You've had a look, don't know what the problem is so called the vet. You've done the right thing, best is to wait for them to arrive & examine your horse tomorrow then you'll know.
