Advice please. My horse is lame on right fore, on the soft and on a circle. It is quite noticable and I called vet straight away. She could not find any heat and suggested a weeks rest then bring him in. I have turned him out cause all he does is eat but lunged him again today and still alme, again no heat or swelling. He had tildren 6 weeks ago and she was 90pc certain it was soft tissue not bony, how long would you rest it before taking him in. I do not have insurance and they are reknowned for doing every test possible.

If you have already done the weeks box rest, then I would turn him out for 4 weeks (Don't be tempted to ride or lunge) Then if he is still unsound back to the vets.
