Lameness... What is this?

There is swelling at the bottom of the cannon bone and around the fetlock, there is some heat and horse is uncomfortable to but weight on the leg.

Anyone know what this is?

could be any number of things, from jarring through to more serious. If the horse is reluctant to put any weight on it, you should be getting the vet out urgently.
