Lammi friendly grass keep in the Welshpool area?

Asking for a contact - friend of a friend has her LGL prone cob on a livery yard where the YO is more concerned with pretty paddocks than healthy hooves. Does anyone know of somewhere in the Welshpool area she can rent and set up a track/strip graze, or alternatively keep with others doing similar?
