Lammi Question

Hello all

Probably been done 100's of times before but I have a couple of questions regards lammi.

My Mare got Lammi in 2007 which resulted in pedal bone drop! *Touch wood* we have kept it away!

She is currently on straw during the winter, however I don't know if I should switch her back to shavings during the summer or not? she is on soaked hay (24 hours) and out at night from about 9pm until 6am (apart from 2 days this week where she has been out 24.7).

She has been out 24.7 because she won't come in! I am unable to catch her she runs off and kicks legs out! and this is in a small paddock! and I have tried food the lot and she just laughs at me!

Any ideas would be great!

One of mine can be a sod to catch, luckily she's only really awful about it once or twice a year. I normally walk her down, so I just don't let her graze, but just keep walking towards her. If she legs it past me, I just turn and walk towards her new position. She normally gives in after half an hour or so.
