lanark and renfrew hunt - opening meet, cubbing etc??

Hi there,

Is it jumping country or is there plenty go round options?

was wondering if anyone had any idea when the opening meet is likely to be?

Have a young horse who I would love to take along, but have never been out with this hunt before.

The jumps are very small, though not all have 'go round' options. Everyone is very helpful and friendly - I'm sure that your young horse would be fine.

Agree with above, I had 4 or 5 days with the L&R last year and didn't come across anything I'd think twice about jumping - Eglinton country tends to have more 'scaries' at certain meets. The opening meet goes from Houston (I think?) - was a nice day last year, maybe see you there!
