land needed for rent urgently!!! south yorkshire HELP!!!!!!

hi everyone,
i'm in urgent need of renting a field or two for 4 horses. at the moment i'm renting a field near my house which is fantastic, in the six months i've been there me and my partner have worked hard fixing all the fences and putting up a feild shelter and we even have a few chickens all of which was cleared with the land owner i rent off, onlly today i got a phone call from the lady i rent off saying my chickens, tack shed and possibily stables have to go as land owner isn't happy, anyway it turns out i rent of someone who rents of a farmer who rents of someone else and i never knew!!!
i feel highly insecure and would like to move on and i've spent a lot of time and money doing the jobs and putting up the buildings
i do have a car so travel is possible although it is a big fuel guzzling landrover so i dont want to travel too far. my rent is always on time and i dont mind hard work if things need doing.
if any one has anything or any ideas please let me know.

find out who ACTUALLY owns the land and go directly to them..you might be pleasantly surprised,


and it could work out cheaper, as i'm sure all these middlemen would of added on their "bit"!!!

i live in maltby, which is about 7 miles from rotherham if that helps you all.
tried finding out who actually owns it but no one will tell me as the whole village is rented off the farmer in the same way, weird eh?

sounds like a very dodgy situation could you not go upto the farmer and ask him directley! Otherwise i think higher powers should be involved as you are being coned a bit i think!
 
hi there, problem is the lass i rent off rents off a big farmer thats local round here and he sees her as a surogate daughter so i cant really complain to him, then he actually renst off someone else and no one is prepared to tell me who so i cant go to them,
i'm really annoyed as i was told i was renting off lass and i've asked her permission to do things like build a shelter etc and she has said yes and it now turns out its not even her place to say.
i have a typed letter telling me the dos and donts of the field like keep jumps tidy, no more than 4 grazing without permission etc but nothing thats signed from either of us so i just dont know where i stand any more, and whats more annoying is i left a decent enough yard as we wanted to be by ourselves and i cnat even go back there as there isn't enough room any more.
i really dont know where i stand any more because at the start of the convo she said the chickens must go and she had treid to talk them round but nothing had worked, i was a bit upset as i've got quite attached to them now but if it meant staying there the chickens could go so i said how long have i got, then her tune changed and she started with give it a few days and see what happens, now i dont know weather i'm just been paranoid or what but a couple of days time just happens to be the end of the month and exactly a month until my rent is next due and funnily enough the rule is one months notice for leaving or being made to leave, as far as i'm aware i've done nothing to upset anyone so i have no real reason to be kicked off but it just seems a big coinsidence to me.
