Hey im looking to rent up to 20 acres in S. Wales around the Pontypridd area? im currently paying per horse but want to be paying for the land itself, can anyone help????

have you advertised in local shops?
i think it will be cheaper to rent a whole field than pay-per-horse.

Hello and welcome. Talking to local farmers in the area might help, we just managed to rent a field from the farmer behind our land, its about 12 acres for £100 pound a month.

Hi thanks, thats what im looking for, my last bill was about £150 for 2 horses on about 12 acres and hay, i wouldnt mind paying that if it was just for the land but its going to increase if i get another horse. id like somewhere i can have some control over to put up a field shelter. lol id just like to point out im not a gypsy, i just pickd the name as ive just taken a gap year

Look for some of the local agricultural land agents who will often have land to let or might know of other agents in the area:

Herbert R. Thomas or Walter Davies might be a good starting point.
