Land/yard to rent Cardiff/Caerphilly.

Ideally within commuting distance of Cardiff. Caerphilly, Lisvane, Pentyrch, Radyr etc.

Wanting to take on a secure field with stables/storage or perhaps a barn/building which can be converted into stables. Happy to maintain and do the work.

Needs to be about 15 acres with the option of sectioning it up.

A good option would be something like a field within a yard/farm where we could rent the field and possibly a stable/storage area privately and be left to our own devices.

Livery yard politics are doing my head in and we need a change!

I've been looking on every possible website and door knocking for years so trying on here as a different option.

Caerphilly council advised to contact them in Aug.

I was approached by a guy in Pentyrch with 10 Acres but no stabling at all and no out buildings. Amazing grazing however.

Can try and dig out his number if thats any good?

I've been trawling every site and estate agent for the past few years (more intensively over the last 2) and never seem to find anything suitable- or when I do, it's been snapped up already. Ah, typical, eh?!
