Any experiences?

My boy is lame and has a few other issues so I want to skip the call out and send him in for a full lameness work up, so hopefully we can get to the bottom of what's going on with his back etc.

My choices are Bushy's new equine hospital or Langford equine hospital.

Does anyone have any experience of these, particularly Langford?

Cheers.:)

My experience with Langford was almost 10 years ago today, so may not be much help, but they were wonderful with my horse when he had sub-acute grass sickness. Sadly, he could not be saved. (If we had known what it was from the start, I would not have sent him away, but it presented as colic and was only proven to be EGS by post-mortem.) I visited him during the four days he was there, and could not fault the way he was cared for, and they were fantastic at keeping me up-to-date.

Langford.

They are my vets and have fantastic facilities. The staff are helpful and friendly and most have their own horses so appreciate owners worries when their horses are not well.

I've always used bushy, they are excellent.
But Langford, have a great reputation too.

I would have no problem using Langford, I just stick to what I know.

As I said before bushy ate excellent, helped my horses for many years with lots if different problems!

I think Langford have become very expensive lately. Facilities are first rate though, & care whilst in hospital was amazing.
