OMG ! That is a real shame, I would hazard a guess that they have incorrect/no planning for the new school but I could be way off the mark.

Oh God, we hire Langford all the time; it's invaluable! I really hope we can still hire the new arena and sj jumps as there's no way I'm paying Hoplands new prices.. I'll be ringing Melissa later to book next week so I'll let you know what she says.
