Hi!
Looking at buying my pony a double bridle and have been looking at quite a few. Obviously double bridles aren't cheap so I want to buy something that will last and my horse is comfortable in the first time rather than having to buy another one a few months/years down the line.

I've seen the company Lara Tweedie pop up in posts on FB a few times so naturally had a look. They sell a really nice looking double that comes with reins, diamanté browband, bridle bag etc. But as nice as it looks, I'm wondering if the added extras mean the leather quality isn't amazing? Does anyone have one of these bridles? If so what is the leather like, do they come up small, does it stretch after a while?

Or does anyone have recommendations for double bridles? My boy can be a tad fussy, so has to have a anatomical headpiece cut away from his ears, well padded noseband and keepers that actually stay up so leather isn't flapping about! And due to personal preference good solid buckles are a must and anything patent is a big no from me!

Apologies for the long post!
TIA x

Never heard of them but I love my Stampede Bridle and their customer service is amazing.
Mine was between sizes so they sent 2 bridles for me to mix amd match (I only paid for one) and I just sent back the other parts.

Thank you, I will definitely check them out. What is the leather quality like?
