Large dog beds

Can anyone point me in the direction of a company that makes cosy mattress style dog beds? Doesn't need to be waterproof as its for an upstairs bed but must have a removable cover for washing purposes and be able to fit a lab and a lab x rottie.
They've been using an old quilt and love how cosy it is but OH is cracking up as it didn't have a cover on so started to smell and can't be washed. It also looks dreadfully untidy!

I know I said it before but tuffies. I won't buy another bed in my dogs lifetime. It's amazing. I have the wipe clean one but you can get removable covers.

I'm now in the process of making dog bed covers made of upholstery leather which I am finding very easy to keep clean and the dogs love. (see my thread 'sewing leather' in the TR)

Dogs love it, the padding is pretty thick and it's easy to keep clean. The cover is removeable too. Our border collie and terrier often both sleep on it together and there's loads of room (pretty sure I got the large size).

I can't remember what brand it is but I bought a lovely big bed from Cornwall Farmers for my dog (large breed - Bernese), cover zips off and washes very well.

Danish designs do various types of bed and their large mattress bed is more than enough for my huge german shepherd. They stay nice and padded and the cover is removable.
