Can anyone give me a hand with this one? A friend on our small yard has a gelding that has developed a Large golf ball sized lump just about on the end of his sheath. It's pretty solid although it doesn't appear to be causing him any pain and is weeing the usual amounts. Not sure if it has been there a while but has only got to this size recently, Any Ideas? I dont do geldings so any advice would be appreciated!
