Larkhill part 2

Poor Moon was very confused to be loaded up and taken back to the same place!
She warmed up very quietly, I sense she didnt get much sleep last night and probs didnt eat much either. Anyway, track was lovely, bold and bright but very flowing so most were jumping clear and Moon produced a nice clear, if a little not really off my leg.

Went straight down to xc only to find a bit of a back-log of horses so we were wandering around for a good half hour- not aiding the switching her brain on process!!
Anyway, she started fine, not as focused as last week but she jumped ok, the water was an up to height hogs back off a really nasty turn, jumping into some woods and she got herself in a bit of a muddle and had a very baby stop.

After that she got her act together and jumped super so I'm not too worried really.

That sounds like a pretty positive day then? Shame about the stop but from what you say it sounded like a pretty tricky set of jumps and was an honest stop.

Can't believe the hunt saga, still if you'd had a double clear it might have been more significant. Nice restful Easter weekend now then....

Yes, we only have 50 people here for a party tonight and another 20 tomorrow. Parents are meeting OH for first time, got 4 horses to work and no staff on Sunday.
