I have realised that my mare's dame was definatley Lasgrug Joan, not Casgrug Joan. I did a search and there seem to be quite a few 'Lasgrug' welsh cobs floating around. Anyone know who bred them?

Try contacting the Welsh Pony and Cob Society, they may be able to point you in the right direction.

Cheers, have done that. Just wondered if the Lasgrug' rang a bell' so far I have found about 10 with that prefix (not including my own)

Could the WPCS not put you in touch with the breeder? They will know who has the registered prefix.
