My darling OH picked up on the fact I needed new straighteners, so he bought them. Upon talking to Mum this afternoon - she bought them too! So OH will return his but now I need present ideas.:)

Budget is around £130 and thinking of something for me - maybe a new competition jacket or breeches? But no more animals or anything specifically for horse as she has everything she needs (spoilt!)! I was thinking of asking him to put it in a Clover fund but that seems very unromantic!

Oh and I'm not allowed any more animals! :D

Nice pair of riding boots? Am sure they would get used. I love the Ariat Heritage range and they are around £100. Or one of their nice brown yard boots which look lovely, like the Windermere.

Posh riding gloves - same reason, never have enough of these. I love the Roeckle ones (can't spell!) which are about £20.

Sure you can get them from other websites but I've been using Amazon for a lot of stuff and they deliver flipping quickly so should be there in time for xmas.

Of for something completely non horsey, I LOVE my Kindle - fantastic, take it everywhere with me and haven't bought a normal book for a year!

PS I don't work for Amazon!!

I have been thinking about the Diana, E... just seems a bit stupid buying these expensive competition gear when I am not going anywhere! :)

Thanks BB, but already have Bromonts (which don't get used - see reason below)

Jen-cots - horse is broken, might need a hobby horse to use those with :D

If horse is broken, why not ask for some school master lessons? It's what I'm doing whilst horse is of games and is really useful :) or try something more adventurous and have jousting lessons or something :)

A tattoo ? That's what hubby is getting me, a nice little saying on the side of my foot. Also vallins idea of lessons on a schoolmaster is a great idea.

Yes - posh riding lesson at some swanky RS - that would be fun! My OH got me a lesson at Talland for my birthday. We combined it with a weekend away to the Cotswolds - lovely !
