Our yard is closing down this weekend and all the liveries but me have now vacated their stables. Springy and I move tomorrow to our new yard, but riding this evening was like being in a ghost town! We have been at this yard for 3 years and will miss it very much, Spring in particular settled so well here so I am pretty nervous about the move.
She is on a magnesium calmer just for a while to help her deal with the stress and she will be joining 4 of her stablemates so hopefully she will settle ok. The new yard is really lovely and I am excited about exploring the new hacking. I guess I am just a born worrier!
Here she is in all her winter woolies tonight as the last one to leave:
So please wish us luck for tomorrow. At least we have gone from a horse that took 2 hours to load to this:

Hopefully tomorrow will be as smooth!
