vet now not sure if is danilon (bute) induced right dorsal colitis but is colitis however horsey doing well, he said hes such a fighter we nearly lost him. think hes pestering for food all thei time, and apparently looks v pleased with himself when the nurse brings him nuts every 4 hours day and night....
anyway if all goes well over weekend he comes home monday....yipeeee! will need to be stabled (and fed every 4 hours!!!!!!!) for a few days then can go out after a few days and start work the next. Vet v pleased with progress so far as it was so touch and go - up until this morning really. he thinks it might just be one of those things and we shall never know what caused it but hes not allowed but in case it is that.
