Le Chameau Vatna boots... any feedback/experiences?

I have some birthday money burning a hole in my pocket. I tried on some Le Chameau Vatna boots the other day and fell in love with them. They fit my chunky calves well and were supremely comfy.

Does anyone have them? Do they last well? (I would hope so for the price!) Any feedback welcome before I splurge...

I'd like to know too..... My old Chameau wellies (lovely neoprene lined, very comfortable) have almost bitten the dust after around 9 years of fairly heavy use. I love them, but don't know what the corresponding modern version is! But from my experience, Chameau are fairly tough!
