There are 2 people in our village who have to lead their horse along the High Street to grazing (different yards & fields). Neither of them walk between the traffic with the horse on the left & only one of them wears hi viz. This morning I saw a man wearing dark clothing leading a black pony - wrong side, no hi viz. Was tempted to stop & say something, I know I should have, but it was raining & I was soaked.
