Learning Polo

There is a Polo yard not too far from me where you can have a go or learn to play Polo.

Has any learned Polo or just had a go? Would you recommend it? Did/do you enjoy it?

Despite being a nervous ninny with my own horse sometimes i would really like to try this.

I had a go at a place in Doncaster which was doing a groupon offer and it was absolutely brilliant. I'd definitely recommend it, I'm, just waiting for them to do another offer as cant afford to regularly. Also toook my bf who is still fairly novicey and it did his confidence the world of good because he was concentrating so hard on hitting the ball he wasn't worried about what the horse was doing!

Definately give it a go
Most polo yards will give you a discount if you can get a group together.
Winter polo is also good if your nervous as it is done in an arena so there are walls around you.
