i am currently driving the trailer with L plates prior to taking my test.
just a silly Q really and im sure the answer will be NO
but could i pull the horse with L plates on?

i wouldnt do this without feeling confident and happy, and i have been pulling the trailer on the farm for a long time, so dont worry that i am risking the safety of my horse, just wondered

I am pretty sure you can - as long as you have someone over 21 who is entitled to tow a trailer sitting next to you (same as towing an empty trailer with L plates).

I wouldn't think so. It would be like driving a car on your own when you haven't passed your test I would think. I passed my test before you needed to take this test so someone else might be able to help. Sorry but I still think the answer would be NO. Good luck when you take the test though

I'm pretty sure you can, ring the driving standards agency and check, then you will be confident you are doing the correct thing! Good Luck with your test!!
