Leather Riding boots

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone has Sherwood Rackham boots and whether they drop in height? My legs are a little shorter than the measurement of them and if they were to drop I would probably get away with it.

I've not had a pair of those make boots but I think it's standard with leather boots that they drop a little and crease around the ankle area. Are they really expensive or could you chance it?
