leather tendon boots.

ive heard alot recently about leather boots being heavy and riders not wanting to use them as they feel the horse may pick his feet up more. some use weighted ones in the warm up.

however i love lether boots and wondered if anyone knew any light weight ones which arnt mega expensive. and if anyone has anything more to add about them

Dalmar Leather boots are light and very very good, obviosuly there not £20 a pair but in comparisant to others i think they are in the middle somewhere, easy velcro fasteners and carbon backs too

I think it was Mark Todd ones that looked nice. If I remember right, they aren't horrendously expensive.

I had some very nice GFS tendon boots - sold them to someone on here I recall - they were v light. Wish I hadn't now as new horse would suit them!
