Leg straps for TO rugs

Due to the weather changes recently our fields have been caught by some pretty strong winds (not much shelter on 2 sides of the field) and 2 of my TO rugs only have the fillet string. Is there anywhere you can buy leg straps so I can add them to my rug instead of the fillet string?

The reason I ask is that one day when it was windy apparently Oscar had turned his bum to the wind, like they do, and his rug had come up and over his bum, luckily a friend spotted him and got him in for me!

Poor luv was soaking and cold!

Have also managed to find them on Equestrian clearance (I also asked my sister the same question and she told me to look on there, completely forgot about there) and have now got a few things in my basket
