Legal Advice

Depends what the situation is - the Citizens Advice Bureau is very good as is Trading Standards. A lot of solicitors hold free clinics where you can go and ask advice in say a 20 minute slot for free.

Depends what advice you want! As a start - are you a gold BHS member? If so - they have a free legal advice service which is very good. Your query does not have to be horse related!!

I'm not sure my mum used to work for one so she knew all the ones who did it. Would say Citizens Advice Bureau again. They'll have all the numbers and stuff as I should think they run in conjunction with them and point people that way.

Hi I had to seek legal advice recently and discovered I had legal protection as part of my house contents insurance. My case was horse related but they still covered it so always worth checking if you have this. They were very helpful over the phone initially to advise me how to proceed

Quite often your house insurance, car insurance or any other insurance you may have will have Legal Expenses Cover - just be careful with it though as you could end up with solicitors hundreds of miles away from your home who you never meet! Sometimes things lke credit cards have this type of cover too and bank accounts
