This is a complicated issue, I think? Need a company who can give me legal advice surrounding the sale of a horse , horse was sold 2 years ago, when my daughter was 21 with a newborn and in an abusive relationship but has never been paid for in full, she didn't chase at the time through treats from then partner. This relationship ended last year and pony is now readvertised, hence why I know what happened. The buyers are refusing to pay balance. Want to know legally where I stand and any advice on any company/ individual that can help.....
