Lesions help please!

[My equine life]

My horse has some lesions on her vulva and I sent them to my vet but she wasn’t worried. She didn’t say why or anything. Just that she wasn’t worried. I am though!! Anyone experienced this before? What do you think I should do? She also has a mustardy coloured discharge at the end of her pee. Vet also not worried about this? :/ any help greatly appreciated!!
