So First Lesson in around 4/5 months? 
never had this intrustor so he watched us and said my leg needs to go back,i sit to the side in canter, he wants her to slow down and get more rounder!
he put my stirrups down 3 holes, and said it still wasnt enough but left it, [thank god] then said i need to sit up alot! then made us work on a 10-12 metre circal and taught me how to get her more round.. it kinda worked but i said i was being too nice on the reins and shes getting away with alot of stuff, so he got on and made her do it! then got off and gave me his spurs as she ingores the leg when you ask her to go into an outline she gets slower and slower... and we did it 
probaly down and round 
he said it will take a few weeks til you are fully used to working with the reins and moving your hands right, but id say hes the best intrutsor iv had so far
