I am really nervous its the first time in just over 12 months my WB has been out. Had all last year off when his very slight nappiness & im mean slight turned in to a nightmare napper & bolt upright rearer from hell, i had to miss regionals last year because of it.
So anyway he's been back properly in work since August last year & ive taken things slowly. Ive worked hard & with some help from Richard Maxwell ive got the nappiness under control & he now thinks more forward instead of back but there are still occasions.
But now what have i done booked a lesson for tommorow with Dianne Breeze. WHY!!!! lol. Stress level rising...
I'm so looking forward to it but dreading it in case highly strung Orange WB goes off on one!! I can cope with it but i just so want it to go well after all ive been through with this horse.
I'm hoping to be back out on the affiliated scene by March.
Wish me luck.
