Have a lesson tonight on Blue with a dressage trainer - Mark somebody - anybody know it might be? Can't remember his full name, based in South East, Kent? Quite expensive £25 for 45 mins!!

Am going to arm B with my camera and get him to take pics if they come out nice

i'll try and post them for you later!

I SUCK at dressage so this should be interesting!! All the people who've had lessons with this guy that i've spoken to have said he is an amazing instructor and well worth the money!

I don't think £25 for 45 mins is that expensive. I pay £25 for an hour but there is an instructor at our yard who charges £45 for an hour and the last 10 mins are usually walking the horse around to cool down

Blimey the instructors in Essex must be expensive, £25 for 45mins with a good instructor is a bargain!!

Anyway hope it goes well and that you have fun!

Its quite expensive to me!!!! Last lesson i had cost me £10 for an hour, that was with a friend from the yard up the lane who is a dressage judge and doing her BHS instructor training.

Mark Butler ???? im guessing !!

and £25 for 45 mins is a good price to be honest !! most instrcutors will say 45 mins but if the horse needs an hour will give this to you and more !!

Id say when i have my lessons my horse works good and hard for 45 mins its like me riding him for over an hour on my own !!

Ooooh yes i think thats it Mark Butler!!! THANKS!!!

Seems a lot to my poor self! Have not had regular lessons for years and years though so bit out of the loop... had occasional ones as mentioned above and from another livery we had.
