one of my liveries wants to complete her training to become an instructor so i said she could practice on me..(quite frankly me and rowan need all the help we can get!)
technical skills speaking i can sit properly etc etc the only critisism is to get my heels down..(but havent been riding for a little while so stretching that calf muscle is a little alien
) and apparently i tend to faff with my hands (but again havent ridden for a while and im remebering how to hold 2 reins!
)
it was interesting and has given her lots to think about (im up for any ways of improving rowan without me being bucked off!)
but do you know what the most important part of the day and the biggest achievment was..(rowan worked well , on the bit la di dah di dah!)
