Today we acquired a young GSD bitch. Unfortunately I can't give too much information or pictures due to the situation around her (maybe in time), but take my word for it, she is stunning!

We took our Goldie down today to meet her and came home with her :)
She was neglected - she is very thin (she was only fed when they remembered) - and due to her behaviour we believe she's been cracked a good few times. She's never lived inside (left in a back yard) so its starting right from the verrryyyy start with her. She was very nervous at first but even now after 3 hours she is coming to us and lying down - terrified of the greenhouse though

Our Goldie isn't too enthused....keeps grumbling as the GSD walks past...but there's been no serious aggression, or hounding, territorial behaviour etc and they walked out together perfectly so we are hopeful this will settle.

I reckon our late GSD led us to her....we picked her up from her old breeders and she is called what we were going to call our late GSD initially! :D
She is probably sat up there now watching Misty and the new one.

Very exciting!! :)

poor girl :( sounds just like the dane we have now. she got told off earlier for non stop barking at a dog we had staying in the house and she cowered right down like she was getting ready for a battering :(
least both these girls are now in the loving homes they should've had :)

Yeah Kao definitely :)
She is incredibly intelligent knows exactly how to behave just needs a gentle reminder now and then.
She's been for a walk and done toilets outside, so I think she's settling quite quickly for all that's happened today! Got to start house training and remember not to leave anything chewable within dog reach!! Going to be a massive change!!
