Lethargic 2 yo laying down a lot and dopey, any ideas?!

My 2 yo appy/tb is a very chilled horse anyway but the last couple of days she's laying down a lot and seems extra dopey! Temp normal, no heat or swelling in legs or glands, no snotty nose or cough! Wondering whether to try her with red cell or propell plus to see if that picks her up before the vet with bloods etc! It's so strange cos she seems ok in self just like everything's a bit of an effort! Eating up but slower than usual and still drinking etc

Has she been wormed lately for encysted redworm? With either Panacur 5 days or Equest?
