Leyland Court livery?

For various reasons I am considering moving yards - does anyone know anything (good or bad!) about livery at Leyland Court?

I think there might be a long waiting list. Normally is.

The website seems to suggest they currently have vacancies. In any case, I am not necessarily bothered about waiting if it is for the right place!

Very nice place go for comps in summer over there, looks like a nice yard to have a look at.
