Took the two boys for a lesson each with Anna R-D at Patchetts this morning, and it's the first time she's seen Liberty. Put white bandages on him - vain person that I am - and he proceeded to be very good. She really helped out with the canter transitions. Anyway, she reckoned if he doesn't make the grade as an eventer I should really consider his future in dressage

I bet he tripped/kicked or pulled faces at L all the way home.... lol Only Willie is allowed to have great comments like that you know

From watching a few of her lessons I'd say her forte is DTM, she works out the programmes for so many people round this way. She was helping a little kid on a stunning pony in between my two lessons with her floor plan. So I'd say go for it! She's really friendly and approachable.

Cool thanks I don't really know where to start and I am one of those people that I would rather not do it at all than not do it properly - or at least try to!!
Doesn't seem to be any DTM classes coming up my way in the near future but will give me some time to get myself sorted.

L doesn't do head-swelling, he does blushing and and trying to disappear into a corner....

W didn't hear, but he did 1) take a chunk out of L's neck on the way there, 2) try to kick me into the next county when doing his bandages, 3) buck as I got on, 4) take great exception to walking round the outdoor as the horse walker was on behind it and he could just see the top of it.... but on the plus side his lesson went ok and he didn't try to kill Anna this time!

What do you mean *kill Anna this time* did he try and kill her the last time then?
He really is Wicked! but i cant help LOVE HIM.

HAHA Yes i can imagine L blushing and hiding behind something, like a twig lol

Im pleased the training went well

I really should start thinking about dressage.....

Yes, she was sitting on the wall between the school and the gallery and he fly-bucked as we went past.... After that she retreated into the gallery! This time he didn't do any unscheduled leaving of the ground, and finished with a nice powerful trot which is one of his weakest areas.
