Licery in Surrey / Middlesex

Hi, Im looking for a nice livery yard (DIY or Part Livery) has anyone got any sugestions? Im looking in the Chobham, Chertsey, Lyne area.

Must have:
School with flood lights
Decent size stables
Good grazing

Would like:
Jumps and hacking track
