ahh brill, do any of you know any decent livery yards in the area? i am lichfield based but currently travelling 25 mins to get to my yard and really need something closer.

Me three! Are you looking Full, DIY or part?

Theres 2 yards in fradley, one is Foxmeadow, lovely yard and Heather is v.experienced. I think you have a choice of livery options there. The menage is nice, hacking super and good access to everywhere.
The other is Nikki McPhearson at Ryecroft, she is full livey only, beautiful paddocks/stables and facilities. Feed and Haylage top notch and her knowledge as a dressage trainer is super. The liveries there are a range of dressage/eventers and happy hackers. Both can be googled.

Theres also Horsepower on the other side of the A38 on the slip to lich, they do working and non-working livery, and I think they offer all grades.

Theres Debbie Milner at Whitmorehay (behind lich sort of!) shes a DIY yard, a menage and fab hacking....

You do know that Foxmeadow has changed hands now dont you? Its Hazel and Simon(??) now....well, definately Hazel, cant for the life of me remember the chaps name! Theres also another yard if you carry on down Daizy lane instead of turning left to go to Foxmeadow. Dont know who has that though!

There's Derry Farm at Shenstone as well. Indoor / Outdoor , nice grazing, grass gallops. Can find on FB or PM me for number
 
Also cequestrian near Fradley. They have a website. Nice indoor school and dressage/jumping shows held there. I compete there and it seems a lovley place. Lots of other places can be found around Chorley.
