Has anyone had any of the above, if so, did it help. Due to my mare putting in stops for no reason, (back, teeth, saddle, everything checked) it has caused me to lose my confidence while competing. We were competing at BN and Dis level, but due to her putting in the odd stop, which became more frequent, my riding has been affected and it is a viscious circle. So I thought I`d go down this route.
thanks

im currently doing a fd in equine sports performance and coaching, sport psychology is one of our topics we study and it really does work, i have felt such a difference in myself since i have started the course it is well worth it

My friend has a masters in psychology and is going to be working with a BEF sports psychologist in the new year to get her accreditation. She has been to all my events this year as I suffer from nerves and I've had the best season ever!! She is excellent so I'm sure when she's looking for clients she'll have plenty to keep her busy!!
