Thankfully I still get time for some fun!

Haha, I don't train him at all, he's just a bit of a dingbat and loves to play and do silly things. Although the football took one session for him to go from not being too bothered to pushing the ball all the way around the arena, over poles, around cones etc. I just use his natural tendencies, plus the odd bit of carrot! My dad has just made me a big podium for us to play with, as he (the pony not my dad!) loves to stand on stuff and bang on stuff. I'll update with pics of his reaction to that!

Can I be cheeky and just ask where you got the 'Big Football' from ?- we are a Pony Club centre and that would be fab for ponies and kids to play with !

It's just a gym stability ball I bought from Argos but it's perfect for playing games, big and soft and bouncy but doesn't pop! The downside is I'm meant to use it for my personal training clients, but it's a bit sandy now!

It helps that I have a good photographer and that he's a sucker for a piece of carrot!

I just tried the podium for the first time and he is merrily banging on it already, stopped there as it seemed a bit slippy so I need to find another covering for the top.

Amazing photos! What a stunning horse and what a wonderful relationship you obviously have with him. My youngster has a gym ball as well. We had to resort to that after he bit the ears off the space hoppers...

Ah, that could be a problem...he finds rustley things a good reason to run around so i'm not sure I could keep him still long enough to cram him in a jiffy bag. Cardboard box perhaps?

And on his new podium...his first go, even with the cropped out non-horsey dad he was happy to hop up and bang on it like a drum! (Please excuse fuzzy, muddy, feral state of little pony!)
