Lifetime ban and prison sentence

Just read this and think back what happened 2 months ago,will not say any more.but this proves that RSPCA can succesfully take someone to court and make the evidences stick!!!!!!
Now all we can do is to keep our fingers crossed that more cases will be as succesful

Excellent result. RSPCA called, officer called in assistnce from ILPH [ as they are specifically horse experts] and a good reult obtained. WELL DONE RSPCA and ILPH.

Yes a good result now we need to work on the magistrates that consider the sentence given 'a strong' one. In my eyes it was not a strong sentence, not as lenient as some but still not far enough for my liking.

That case is about 10 min drive from me..this evil barsteward is well known around here.

People that misstreat their animals quickly gets a bad reputation....like JG and his whole family is well known around here,we just got to get the ALL the scumbags off the streets and out of business...

Well at least we can try,and with todays media coverage in all the cases,hopefully they are doing it for us
