Light horse and sports horse classification

I’m wanting to enter my yearling and two year old in some classes but i cannot find the description for a light horse youngster or a sports horse youngster they are not hunters which I can find info on what the judge would like but the sports horse and light horse are very similar from what I can find and workout. What I can gather so far is the light horse is a baby hack or riding horse then you have hunter young stock m&m etc.
I’m guessing a sports horse fits between the hunter and light horse, like the Irish sports horse a more substantial larger horse with more athletic movement than the hunter. But I’m struggling to see that there is a gap there. Sorry my brain is going round in circles! I have tired to find the descriptions on sports horse breeding GB website and gone through the rules there is still no clear answer so I emailed them and still awaiting a reply. Thought there must be someone on here that knows their stuff so here I am, any help will be very much appreciated. X

Not a huge help but I did an and won adult light horse class with an affiliated riding horse who was 7/8th TB. He also did sports horse and competition horse classes. I don’t know re youngstock though.

I would consider a light horse a thoroughbred (or very close to one) and a sport horse one with a bit more substance and perhaps half thoroughbred but the lines can be blurry in showing! If you know of a professional near you I would ask for advice.
