Saxon rugs are good, and they'e cheap. I personally like Rambo rugs, but they're more middle price range (about 70 pounds).

Cyber checkout have some cheap Amigo summer turnouts think they are about £26, not sure if they are any good?

Amigo. I have the LW turnout rug which has a 1200 rip stop denier, rather than the summer TO which is only 600 denier. The weight is the same, it's just that the 1200 is more robust.

I also have the amigo and can highly reccomend it never leaks and is a lovely fit although comes in very girly colours would flint mind a girly rug??

I have amigo and shire summer turnouts at the moment - both are very good.

I have had these before and they really are good quality and value. These people do some quality bargins - I bought two hw stable rugs last year for the boys for £50 including postage from them and they are super.

Waterproof, fit well, reasonably cheap, stay in place, don't rub, come in both pretty girly colours & good old plain navy!

I think the girly colours are 600 denier & the navy 1200?

I got a Masta one (the delux tri-vent one), and it has a detachable hood. Im loving it so far, they are quite cheap on equestrian clearance.

Amigo....if you are having torrential dwonpours get the lightweight NZ (navy) rather than the turnout (the girly coloured ones). Much more waterproof!

Has to be navy - 1200 - great for stinky ponies and my boys only wear girlie colours if they are really really cheap - and I draw the line at pink! I have no fashion sense and they normally wear last seasons colours when they are half price - lets face it, 2 mins later and they are the universal grass green and mud brown.
