Lined ankle wellies for wide feet

Probably done before but I have tried a few different searches and not found anything...

Can anyone recommend ankle wellies for wider feet that are lined in some way (e.g. aren't just cold rubber - you know what I mean?), please? Bonus points if size 7-7.5 are in stock. My budget is around £50.

Alternatively, I would also welcome suggestions for easy to put on, fully waterproof shoes, for walking the dog from the house (e.g. pavement walks, no mud - got existing footwear for that) and walking to the station/work on wet days. My feet got soaked this morning but it's still far too warm for my wellies and my walking boots are just so cumbersome.

these are fur lined and a size 7 in stock. Sadly they are £1.59 over budget.

I have several pairs and walk, do yard work and ride in them. In fact I live in them all day thro the winter. They are wide. My feet are wide and plenty of room to wriggle around in them.

I came across a brand called Jileon at some point during a wide calf wellies search (I think on Amazon). Pretty sure they did lined ones and shorter options.
