Linseed

Just ordered a bag of linseed from Charnwood Milling as recommended on here by various people. I intend to replace the D&H Build and Glow that I feed my TB for condition with the linseed- can anyone suggest how much linseed I should be feeding?

Has it been pre-cooked to you can put in feed or where you have to soak 24hrs and then cook??

I expect it's stabilized/micronized if it's from Charnwood, aka cooked!
I used to give my 16hh TB a mug a day of micronized linseed, sorry not sure of the weight to feed per Kg of horse.

Been off to look it up and it seems 50-100gms per day is a usual amount to feed.

Yes its micronized. Great - thank you. Need to weigh some out now and find a suitably sized mug!
