Hi Everyone,

I'm fairly new to this forum but thought that i would seek some advice, so sorry if this has been discussed before.
I have switched from Dressage to Showing this season, and have decided to try feeding linseed to help with my horse's condition. I have tried the ready made oil and didn't notice much difference so bought some seeds to make from scratch instead.

I have read many conflicting methods on the internet about preparation so would like to know what you people think!

I understand that soaking the seeds in water for 24 hours, then boiling for 30 minutes and allowing to cool is enough, but many opinions think that it then needs to simmer for a few hours.

Any advice would be gratefully recieved as i am really worried about poisoning my girl!

Thanks!
